Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the "Delegator" application ("Application"), developed for the Bitrix24 platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of the Application. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

2. User Responsibility

The User is responsible for all actions taken within the Application. The developer is not liable for any data that may be altered, deleted, or damaged as a result of incorrect use of the Application. The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and to refrain from actions that could disrupt its operation or damage data.

3. Payments and Application Suspension

Access to the Application is provided on a paid basis. Payments for using the Application are processed via Paddle.com. In the event of non-payment, the developer reserves the right to suspend access to the Application. If the developer decides to discontinue the Application, access will remain available until the end of the paid period, after which access will be restricted.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software code related to the Application, are owned by the developer. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application. The User agrees not to attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Application.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The developer’s total liability for any claim related to the Application is limited to the amount paid by the User for access to the Application during the past year.

6. Restrictions on Use

Users agree not to misuse the Application in any manner, including but not limited to: (a) infringing on intellectual property rights; (b) attempting unauthorized access to the Application’s functionality; or (c) using the Application for unlawful purposes.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions provided by the User regarding the Application are voluntary and will not create any ownership rights for the User. The developer may use such feedback freely and without compensation.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 2 days of payment for the Application. To request a refund, the User must contact us at info@b24tools.com within the eligible period.

9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

10. Changes to the Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use. In the event of changes, the updated version of the Terms will be published on the Bitrix24 platform or within the Application.
